Bloodlimit NameRyuujin no Metsuki(Eyes of the Dragon King) DescriptionThose possessing the eyes of the dragon king are at once noticeable due to their seemingly unnatural hair coloring. It is commonly colored a variant of blue, teal, or turquoise, though on rare occasion their hair has a more 'normal' color, such as red or black, in which case it would be a very vibrant hue of said color. Their eyes take a similar course, almost always being some shade, hue, or variant of blue. A notable trait of their eyes is the natural eye shine, as well as the unbelievably small pupil. Much like cats, those with the eyes of the dragon king have a mirror-like organ behind the retina in the eye, as a result they have phenomenal night-vision. Their pupils can get much smaller than those of normal humans which allows them to see well even in the day despite their 'eye shine'. Most if not all members of the blood line have six optic nerves, though they normally only use one. They have, without fail, very fair skin, some to the point of looking ghostly; their bodies are simply incapable of synthesizing the protein responsible for tanning. Personality wise, they tend to be either extreme or be rather bipolar, though more stable, moderate personalities have also been found. Of those who have extreme personalities, most are rather benevolent, though some are very malevolent and are often referred to as 'evil' by the general populous. Those who find them selves in the possession of more bipolar personalities are most always somewhat neutral, though leaning towards 'good'; they are often easy to offend or anger., despite how they were raised. An additional trait of 'bi polars' is the affinity for creating alternate personals, though individual reasons for this vary. On average, those with the eyes of the dragon king , or 'eye bearers' as they were called, have rather logical, mathematical minds, yet are at the same time very artistic; this is theorized to occurs because eye bearers have differently wired brains than most people, even using 20% of their brains at any given time, compared to the 10% used by most people. This is all due to genetics. Many, if not all eye bearers have accelerated metabolisms, though they can exist on nearly any non-poisonous plant or animal. This does not, however, have much, if any effect on the outcome of a battle, but instead means that they will heal roughly 25% faster than a normal human. Despite having such accelerated metabolisms, they rarely age past their mid-teens to their mid-twenties. Most males are born with feminine physiques, though some grow out of them in their early teens, this has led to rumors that all eyebearers are born female and later chose whether to be male or female; this is obviously not the case. Due to their fair skin, eye bearers get sun burns rather easily, and though overall they heal rather quickly, though they can't heal anymore than a normal human can. History: The Tatsukodo clan began as a village hidden from their neighbors by tall mountains and the thick mists that cling to them. Though they lacked a hidden ninja program, they were protected by the very things that kept them hidden from the rest of the world. There were rarely, if any, visitors and as a result, they had a religious leader who claimed to be 'the son of the dragon king'. He had claimed this leadership because of his Bloodlimit, the Ryuujin no Metsuki, or Eyes of the Dragon King. As the generations passed, this trait was passed into the general population, and they quickly changed into a republic. Much like the real world empire of Rome, they had a provision in their charter to suspend the Republic and temporarily instate a dictator in times of crisis, though this only went into effect once. Even when they had a tribal leader instead of a republic, they were very prosperous. Their prosperity came from the agricultural advances they made, as well as the gold mines that were accessible only to the village back then. When they became a Republic, their wealth only increased with a large number of ideas being considered for every problem, instead of just one. This prosperity would prove to be their downfall, however, as a neighboring village, jealous of their rich neighbors, staged a war on the Village of the Tatsukodomo, or dragon children. It was about this time when the Republic was suspended and a dictator, a direct decendent of the original leader of the village and a brilliant tactician, was instated to defeat this enemy. The war only lasted one battle, with both armies destroyed in the battle. The only survivors from the battle were the enemy leader and the women and children of the Tatsukodomo village. The surviving Tatsukodomo left their land and wandered far and wide, searching for a new home. It was during this time that they became a clan, adding a few men from villages they passed through, or loosing women instead. Eventually, they just gave up, splitting into smaller groups and heading to nearly every village in the country and beyond. Now, many years later, the bloodline has been diluted so much that the six optic nerves needed to use the Ryuujin no Metsuki only appear in a few that can trace their blood line back to Tatsukodomo Village. Deep within the remnants of their village lies the original tomes of the clan's jutsu. Due to a complex web of jutsu applied to the books and room, the tomes cannot be removed nor destroyed. Over time, those who kept the name Tatsukodomo shortened it to the more modern 'Tatsuko', which remains as the official name of the clan. Restrictions- Must be pure Nin, nin/tai, nin/gen, or med/tai
- if Med/tai, they may start with the wind or water release, however they cannot learn any non-medical ninjutsu affiliated with the release, and may only use the release to learn the Fuutatsubukiryu or Suitatsubukiryu branch of the Tatsubukiryu fighting style affiliated with this clan/bl; all other restrictions of the affinity are as normal.

- The only exception to the above rules are two techniques; Basic Element Augmentation, and Advanced Element Augmentation as well as the Sound Release. The two Elemental Augmentation techniques allow you to learn another Release, but to learn Sound Release, one must either train into it after creation, though they may start with it as a freebie if they are B-rank or above.

- cannot go into Chakra Gates. Reason why is because they lack the Chakra gates themselves, instead having what the texts refer to as 'The Seven Chakras'. They also are uneffected by chakra gate sealing techniques. Though, as the rest of the chakra system is the same as average, they still have the normal Tenketsu.

Ritualsnone SealsName: Homo Draco(the Dragon Man) Seal Rank: B Type: Beneficial History: Normally, but not always, when a member of the Tatsuko clan reaches seventeen, their body undergoes a massive change. This change elongates the jaw, converts the outer dermal layer into scales, forcibly activates the Ryuujin no Metsuki, and replaces all of the body's nails into claws. This change also alters the chakra system, preventing them from molding chakra in almost any way. One of the few remaining ways that they can mold chakra is to manipulate this seal, as that was what the seal was designed for. This seal, in fact, was meant to counter this problem as, while it increases one's physical abilities to that of a Taijutsu Master, it severly inhibits their ability to mold chakra. And lets face it, what's the first thing random villagers do when they see a village full of half-dragon, half-human creatures?
When the seal is placed and activated, it reverts the subject back to their original form, something considered extremely helpful. The seal itself was created only about 100 years before the village was destroyed. Though the name of the creator has been lost to the ravages of time, the all the details of the seal itself can be found inscribed within the same room as the many tomes remaining in the village. The existence of the Seal itself, while not exactly common knowledge, is not completely unheard of, and chances are good that someone in the local market will know something about the seal; enough to point one in the right direction. Appearance: The seal takes on the form of a largish circle containing an equilateral triangle overlapping with a second, smaller circle. This figure is inside the design of a pair of Imperial Lung dragons twisting around the figure as a double helix. The entire seal is black Effect: Stage 0: nothing happens, the seal just sits there. Stage1: The seal consumes an E rank amount of chakra and glows in an ever-shifting pattern of orange and black, making it seem as if the seal, or the flesh beneath, is moving. Nothing else happens. Stage2:The seal sinks into the skin and dissolves along the 'chakra veins'. The subject then goes through the extremely painful process of changing into their Homo Draco form, which consumes the entire turn. Description: Nothing really happens for either stage 0 or 1. The real fun begins when the user reaches stage 2. Once stage 2 is released, the seal stops maintaining a proper chakra balance within the subject, instead dissolving into the skin and chakra system. The user then undergoes the exceedingly painful process of their body completely changing from a Homo Sapian Draco into a Homo Draco. In fact, this process is so painful, that one must actually train just to stay conscious through the transformation. However, once one has transformed, they function as a non-molding Taimaster for the most part; ie, cannot mold chakra except for manipulating this seal, lots of physical strength and stamina, etc. Placement Requirements: The User's Chakra and some regular ink which can be found lying conveniently just about anywhere.

Rank:C Skill:passive Effect:allows the user to place the Homo Draco Seal, something that is often done as the training for this jutsu. Special:none Drawback:none Description:The user uses ink and a sharp implement, often a needle or blade, or even a sharp rock, and cuts the design into the flesh in the exact center, or as close as one can get, of the chest. This is often aided by a mirror if performed by one's self. In addition, one cannot have any medical jutsu performed on them while inscribing the seal. Once the placement is complete, the one who placed the seal infuses the wound with chakra, activating the seal and setting it to stage0. The user then undergoes the exceedingly painful process of reverting to their natural form. Limit: none

Rank:C Skill:passive Effect:releases the Homo Draco Seal to Stage1 Special:The user performs the 'Dragon' Handseal, then either presses the palm of either hand to or slaps the seal. Drawback:Stage1 consumes an E ranked amount of chakra, but does noting else. Description:The user performs the 'Dragon' handseal, then either presses the palm of either hand to or slaps the seal. This causes the seal to activate to stage1. The E ranked amount of chakra is then drained, and is continually drained every turn until the seal is no longer in stage1. Limit: must have Homo Draco Seal applied to body.

Rank:A Skill:Passive Effect:releases the Homo Draco Seal to Stage2 Special:none Drawback:exceedingly painful transformation. Consumes entire turn. Rank:C Skill:passive Effect:reverts the Homo Draco seal to Stage0 and returns the subject to normal Special:Hold 'Dragon' Handseal for 3 seconds, after which the process will begin. Drawback:Just as painful as releasing the seal. One begun, the process will not stop short of the subject's death. Description:After performing the Dragon handseal and holding it for about 3 seconds, the Homo Draco seal activates in reverse, returning the subject to normal. This process is just as painful as the initial transformation and, without the proper training, will result in the subject losing consciousness. It also replaces the seal as it was before releasing. Limit: Must know Homo Draco(the Dragon Man) Seal Activation: Stage1.

Rank:D Skill:passive Effect:allows the user to endure greater amounts of pain, particularly from various transformations, such as the Tsubasa Wing Grow technique and the Homo Draco transformation. Special:none Drawback:does not reduce damage nor does it immune the user to pain in any way shape or form. It doesn't even reduce the pain, just allows them to endure more of it. Description:By training and enduring ever increasing amounts of pain and bodily harm, one can the user to endure greater amounts of pain, particularly from various transformations, such as the Tsubasa Wing Grow technique and the Homo Draco transformation. Special:Handseals, end with Dragon(hold for one second) Drawback:User becomes extremely sensitive to light. Consumes a D rank amount of chakra per turn for each rank active.(ie, D consumes one D, C consumes two D, B consumes 3 D, etc) Description: The user performs the handsigns, then focuses chakra into their eyes, activating one optic nerve for each rank learned. The after it activates, the user is able to see in said spectrums, as well as normal light. Once activated, the user's pupils reshape them selves into a reptilian crescent. Some will have their iris's change to red, though this is rather rare. Limit:must be natural born into clan. Must be Tatsukodomo. Must have six optic nerves.

Rank:S Skill:supplementary Effect:increases user's strength, durability, etc. one rank Special:hand signs Drawback:makes user extremely aggressive and angry. Hardness of scales is determined by a separate tech. Description:A technique that is utilized by harnessing the power of repressed and pent up feelings of rage and anger. By releasing these feelings and triggering the chemicals released during rage, a Tatsukodomo may releases their more 'Primal' nature and what they call their 'Inner Dragon'. This in turn releases their true power, infusing near every cell in their body with their elemental force. Not only doses this increase the user's strength and abilities, but it also harden their skin into scales whose strength is determined by a separate tech. Limit: Must have at least 500 CC into Tatsukodomo Techniques. Must have Ryuujin no Metsuki A rank.

Rank:E, D, C, B, A, S Skill:supplementary, passive. Effect:increases strength of user's Dragon Force and Dragon Force Burst Mode scales as follows:
E- When the user has only the E rank version, their scales are as brittle as untempered glass. D-When the user learns the D rank of this technique, they are capable of making their scales as strong as granite C-When the user learns the C Rank version of this technique, they are capable of making their scales as strong as elemental iron. Rank:S, S Skill:Supplementary Effect: A massive increase in power and durability; boosts power of Dragon Force Scales Hardness by one rank. If Dragon Force Scales Hardness is already S rank, the scales become as hard as aggregated diamond nanorods. Boosts rank by a second rank Special:Dragon Force+ extra 'emotions'(rage, anger etc. Drawback:Can only be maintained for two rounds without self injury. After that, it may be maintained for up to three rounds longer, at which point, the user collapses and suffers a heart attack with 0 body fat remaining and 98% of muscle mass and 5% brain mass broken down by body for fuel. Cannot be gone into intentionally unless manually learned. Cannot be entered into manually unless trained manually. Description:By pushing the limits of their bodies and Dragon Forces, a Tatsukodomo can release the "Burst Mode" of the Dragon Force. This is done by pushing their rage and anger and such to the absolute limit and then pushing it even farther. Increasing their strength, durability, and indeed all of their abilities even further, creating a second rank boost on top of the one created by Dragon Force. This creates an effect similar to open the 8th gate, though without the guaranteed death side effect. This state can be maintained fro up to two rounds per thread, counting from when it is activated. When in this state, the user will be cloaked in an aura of their element if Katon, Raiton, or Fuuton; if Doton or Suiton, their body will become infused with the element, and they will have a normal, if a bit overlarge, chakra aura. This aura not only covers the whole of their body, including creating chakra wings(flightless of course) even if no normal wings exist, and even going so far to create a sort of Genjutsu, which is detailed in a second jutsu. This also increases the strength of Dragon Force Scales by one full rank. If Dragon Force Scales Hardness is already at S rank, the scales become as hard as aggregated diamond nanorods. Mentally, the user is little more than a primal beast, to the point where Ryuujin no Metsuki is activated to S rank automatically, regardless of when rank the user knows. Limit: Automatically learned once when one obtains Dragon Force.

Rank:A Skill:Genjutsu Effect:creates a gargantuan sized illusionary dragon Special:none Drawback:must be in dragon force burst mode to use, cannot be deactivated while in dragon force burst mode, is not tangible. Does not distinguish friend from foe Description: When one enters into Dragon Force Burst Mode, the reaction of their Chakra with the chakra of any and all other lifeforms in the area creates the illusion of a very large dragon behind or over the user. This dragon, for the most part, imitates the user; i.e., when the user punches, so does the dragon, when the user roars, so does the dragon, etc. Limit:must be in dragon force burst mode. Automatically gained when the user learns dragon force burst mode. always active in dragon force burst mode(no exceptions).
- Name:Dragon Force Roar
Rank:A Skill:genjutsu Effect:user roars loudly, generating a primal fear in the target Special:none Drawback:must be in dragon force burst mode to use, Does not distinguish friend from foe, meaning everyone in the general vicinity other than the user is considered a 'target'. Description:When the user enters Dragon Force Burst Mode, they gain incredible power in exchange for their sanity, on a temporary level at least, turning them into little more than a raging, primal beast. As a side effect of this, they may roar loudly out of rage, or before/ during an attack, or even after defeating their 'enemy', or some other such nonsense. When they do so, because of the massive amounts of chakra flowing in through and around their body, when they roar it is as much as twice as loud as it should be, and even causes a primal fear to awaken in the hearts of all who hear it. Limit:gained automatically when one learns Dragon Rage Burst Mode for the first time.
- Name:Basic Element Augmentation
Rank:A Skill:Ninjutsu Effect:Allows one to learn an additional basic release Special:none Drawback:50% chance of Insanity, and a 25% chance of death due to the dangerous nature of this technique. That will be represented by a staff member's two die rolls out of a hundred, one for insanity and one for death. If the result is equal to or less than the percentage above, then they are inflicted with the result. So, just to reiterate, if the result from the first roll is fifty or less, the use is now insane, it the result for the second roll is less than 25, then they are now dead. The new release cannot be used to go into another branch of Tatsubukiryu Description:By forcing their chakra to change nature, a Tatsuko may force their body to accept a chakra nature beyond sound and their own. However, this is not without risk. Because of the delicate nature of the Chakra Circulatory system and it's intertwining with both vital organs and the nervous system, it can cause insanity and even death. Limit:Tatsuko only

Elemental Clan Arts - Name:Raitonin Kira (Lit. Lightning Killer)
Rank:C Skill:Ninjutsu Effect:Creates a sphere of electricity in the palm of the user's hand; has the electrical charge of a lightning bolt. Special:Handseals Drawback:cannot be held for more than one turn after fully charging it. Description:The user performs the afore mentioned hand signs in order, then gathers chakra from his body into the palm of his hand, focusing it into a hollow orb about the size of a baseball. Afterwards, the user gathers large amounts of electricity into the orb, creating a sphere of lightning with about the same charge as a bolt of lightning.
The amount of turns the user must spend charging electricity into the sphere and the maximum number of uses per thread is dependent of their level as follows:

Rank:B, A, S Skill:Ninjutsu Effect:Changes depending on rank learned:
B:black flame envelopes the user's forearm and hand. A:See B rank; the user can shoot a stream of the black flame up to three meters. S:See B rank; the user can cause the black flame to manifest itself in the form of an Asian lung dragon three meters long. The dragon cannot be controlled without a supplementary technique Special:Handseals Drawback:Can only be maintained for up to three turns before the flesh on their arm begins to burn away. Three turns after the flesh begins to burn, it will have burned all the way through. Description:After performing the required handsigns, the user focuses the chakra in their body through their fire release. This chakra is then used to ignite the air around the user's arm. When properly manipuated, the chakra will cause the fire to burn black, and without any visible fuel. Depending on the rank the user knows, they may only have a flaming gauntlet for their arm, or they may have a flame thrower, or they may even have a fire dragon to attack their enemy with. Name: Kurayami na Kouen no Ryuuko Contoru (Dragon and Tiger of the Darkness Flame Control) Rank:B Skill:Ninjutsu Effect:Allows the user to control the S ranked Kurayami na Kouen no Ryuuko Special:Handseals Drawback:none Description:Not so much an attack in it's own right, instead it is a manner of introspection and learning to master the Kurayami na Kouen no Ryuuko. Without this technique, the Kurayami na Kouen no Ryuuko are impossilble to control and will rage out of control for three turns, as likely to attack the user as it is to attack the intended target. Limit:Must have fire release. Must be Tatsukodomo, must have Kurayami na Kouen no Ryuuko S-ranked
